CHOCOLATE BARFI

An extremely toothsome sweet that lets you to fall in love with it promptly when you see it.
Its shape, color, outlook is just so attractive that you can't resist yourself from eating it.

Ingredients:
- Ghee
- 1 tin-NESTLÉ MILKMAID
- 1/2 cup-Sugar
- 6 tbsp-Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup-Cashew Bits
Recipe:
1) Combine ghee and NESTLÉ Milkmaid and add sugar if needed, in the pan in low flame. Stir continuously till thick. Pour half into greased plate and spread evenly after a few minutes.
2) Add cocoa powder and cashew bits to the remaining mixture in the pan and combine well, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
3) Spread the remaining mixture in the greased plate on the top of the bottom layer and spread evenly. Once it cools down, cut into desired shapes.
Now, as the toothsome(temptingly tasty) sweet is ready, do relish.
