PEESE HUYE BHATT KA PALYO

Here I'm again with another one of them,"Dadi's(grandmother) best of the bests". It's a curry made of grinded black beans. The uniqueness of this dadi's dish is, notwithstanding it's a vegetarian curry, it tastes like a dish made of eggs, that's the mesmerizing magic of my dadi's hands. But I can't guarantee you this in your case, as I've aforementioned, my dadi is capable of doing it.


BHATT KA PEESA HUA PALYO( GRINDED BLACK BEANS CURRY)

Ingredients:

- Black Beans

- Wheat flour

- Ghee

- Salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, green chilly, garam masala, cumin-coriander powder, coriander leaves.


Recipe:

1) Let the black beans be dipped in water for 5-6 hours. After 5-6 hours, wash them one more time with clean water and grind them all.

2) Heat the cauldron and pour ghee into that and grill the wheat flour in the same.

3) As soon as the wheat flour is grilled, pour whey in that and wait for it to be boiled once and subsequently tip the grilled stuff in that.

4) Now, add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin-coriander powder, garam masala, green chilly, and coriander leaves and cook it for approximately 15-20 minutes. A new curry for you people(non-Uttarakhandi's), is ready to be served with rice.
