BHAANG KI CHATNI

It's a chatni of bhaang (sauce of cannabis) which is very famous across Uttarakhand. It tastes sour & salty and suits best with rice however it can be served with chapatis, and many other things as well.


Ingredients:

- Cannabis(bhaang)

- Spices namely, green chilly, salt, cumin, coriander leaves, mint leaves

- Lemon sap

- Water


BHAANG CHATNI (CANNABIS SAUCE)

Recipe:

1)Initially, let the pan be heated nicely.

2)As soon as the pan is heated enough,grill the bhaang until it gets a nice brown color. Then let the bhaang get cool.

3) At last put the grilled bhaang, green chilly, salt, cumin, coriander leaves, mint leaves and just a liitle water accordingly. Grind it.

4) Add a spoon lemon sap in that paste. And eventually the bhaang chatni is ready to be served.
